Run diagnostics on the computer. Below mentioned link would help you with diagnostics:
Select “Component”, select Bluetooth port and click on Run diagnostics. If the diagnostics passes without any error, follow below mentioned steps:
Try a system restore on the computer. Below link would help you with system restore on the computer (Windows 8):
If the issue persists, do a PC restore:
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.) - Under PC settings, tap or click General.
- Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: Kindly back up data before PC restore.
