Good morning Rick,
I have made the changes for the device manager and power options (the power options actually already had the driver at maximum performance.)
Thanks so much for the reply, ill have to use the laptop some more but for now it seems to be okay,
One thing I am wondering, and maybe I should call tech support for this, but i went to Dell's driver & download site in order to update my driver. The update is called Bigfoot_Killer1202, and when i look at the description it says that after i download it and select the place where to unzip the files, that another window will pop up and i just have to follow the prompts. However, this never happened, i selected where to unzip the files C:\User\Dell\Drivers\YJCRR and nothing happened after that. Would you happen to know if this means that the driver has been updated?
When i go to that location and open the Setup Application it ask me if i want to uninstall it from my system, this is just my guess and prior knowledge but that only shows up when something has been successfully installed and asked to install again. Am I right on this one?
Thanks again for all your help!
