Thanks for posting back.
The IT department at my work uses a basic image and then installs the drivers. I have actually seen them spend 4 days trying to install the newer version of Trend Micro and the old version would reinstall. All they had to do was reimage the computer, since we all have a network folder, no files would be lost.
