Please follow the steps mentioned below and reply with results:
- Reset the printer defaults. Refer page number 138 of the Service Manual for steps on how to reset the Pinter Defaults. Click here to view/download the manual.
- Disconnect the printer from the computer and network.
- Remove the drivers and firmware installed for the printer from all the computers in the network.
- Power cycle the wireless router.
- Re-install the drivers and ensure the connections to the wireless router can be re-established.
