Re: Restored Dell Inspiron N5010 to factory settings and no longer have wireless

Hi tulevskc,

Thank you for your reply and for providing an update on the status. I suggest you to run the online diagnostics by following the steps provided in the link below:

Please check if the Wireless is enabled in the BIOS by following the steps provided below:
1. Restart the system and start tapping F2 key the Dell logo to load the BIOS page.
2. Navigate to the "Advanced" menu and then to "Wireless".
3. Check Wireless (Switch)/(Hotkey) is set to "All" and Internal Bluetooth and Internal WLAN are set to "Enabled"
