You may follow the steps below to check the network connectivity o your system :
- Press 'Windows' + 'R' button on keyboard.
- Type 'cmd' in the Run box without the quotes.
- Type 'ipconfig /all' in the command prompt windows and share the findings here
Please elaborate if you have tried the troubleshooting steps as shared in my previous posts. If yes, please share a screen shot of Device manager with Network Adapters and Other devices expanded. Also share the exact system model and the OS installed. Will take it further from there.
