Re: Unable to connect to the Internet after a Dell factory restore.

Hi NickNJ,

Please check in device manager to check the network card device installed in the system,

Procedure to navigate to device manager:

  1. Click “start”.
  2. Type “Device Manager” in the search box.
  3. Select “Device Manager “in the list.
  4. Double click the “Network Adapters”.

Please install the drivers for the network card listed under Network adapters in device manager from www.support.dell.com

Also please private message me the service tag and the registered owners name and address, I will check with the availability of the resource disk and send it to you.
