i am trying all the procedures and drivers mentioned above, without result. Always get a message about incompatibility.

My notebook is an Inspiron 11z, TAG<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. Can you help me with a newer drive to windows 8?

Have you tried the drivers from the Bluetooth 380 module or from Broadcom directly?

For systems with Dell Bluetooth 355, 360, 365, 370, 375 and 380. Use the Bluetooth 380 Driver here: http://ftp1.dell.com/folder00865420m/1/

Restart your computer and then apply the Broadcom Update here: http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php
