Hello. I received my dell laptop for my graduation present for May of 2012, so I believe my product is still under warranty.
I have been experiencing a lot of connection issues with this laptop. I will be at home, at a friend's, or at the college and I will randomly disconnect every 10 to 20 minutes. I know it is not the internet provider/service because my boyfriend has two computers, one of which I use frequently and they do not have the same issues.
I have contacted dell support but all they did was update my drivers and it still isn't working.
I was wondering if anyone had/has this same issue and resolved it?
