I bought a Dell Inspiron 15R, Model 5520 with Windows 7. Everything worked fine and I had Wi-Fi access.
I updated to Windows 8, but now I don't have Wireless access. I've opened the PC Settings and confirmed that Airplane Mode is turned off and Blue-tooth is turned on. I don't have any other settings on that screen. I used the Fn & F2 keys and confirmed that the Wi-Fi light on the front of the laptop turned off and then back on.
A wired connection works fine. When I ran the troubleshooting for a new network, no routers are listed although I know there are multiple routers available to my other laptop and my eReader devices. How do I access my Wi-Fi controls?
Thanks.
