Dell has not tested this card in Windows 8 environment.

You can try doing complete Windows update and check if it works.

If it doesn’t, request you to use the below link and download the Windows 7 driver:

Then follow the below steps:

(1) Install the .exe file or the driver from the above link

(2) Right click on file and click on properties.

(3) Click on compatibility tab

(4) Check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” option and select Windows 8 in the tab below it.
