My wireless signal is excellent but I cannot connect to internet. Every once in awhile I will get limited connectivity and once or twice it said I had an internet connection but was unable to load pages in my browser. I have never had an issue with my wireless and all of a sudden I have not been able to connect. The message I get is "Windows was unable to connect to . . ." with a yellow star type symbol over the wireless tray icon. I have tried updating network adapter drivers, updating windows 7 (I upgraded the system to Window 7 about a couple of years ago), disabling and enabling the wireless adapter, uninstalling and restarting so the system re-installs the adapter and nothing seems to work. I think the card is failing and would appreciate any help available. Could someone give me some steps to follow to see if the card needs to be replaced? My internet is high speed through a local provider and the 2 modems provided are 2Wire. Let me know if you need any more details. Thanks in advance! If it is easy enough to just replace the card for a minimal fee, let me know and I will just try that!
