I have thanked you many times for your 'Volunteer work', and do realise that you are providing you time for FREE. Thanks for making that choice. I have not found a solution to my problem so the fingerpoint is taking place as some one has to take ownership of the issue(basic ITIL if Dell understands it). I just want to get over this thing as I had too much stuff put on hold for migration to the new system and the plan is not working as intended.

How does the car company argument fit here? I have not done anything to make the radio stop working, it never worked in the first place! If the radio is not working I will stop the care and try to get it working or I will take the car to the car company and they will FIX it. I will hardly be on forums trying to solve my issues with the car!

Dell's fault is continuing to provide SW that may be breaking the system, and not providing a solution. If I buy a Toyota with a factory fitted radio from Bosch, I do not go to Bosch to get the radio fixed the car company fixes it for me.

I would be happy to uninstall McAfee if I was to get my money back for standard and extra time I paid for, so can you make that recomendation?

I may have to do it in the end but why don't Dell then come out and say that this is the solution. May be bacause then there will be a que of people asking for money back.

But anyway I shall try your pack provided on the weekend and for the sake of many people I will let you know if worked or not.
