Hi Rick,

Thanks for the help from you all. Last week, technician came and replace the wireless card. It's hardware problem. The problem is fixed. But, the service from Dell technician is bad, keep on delay to come. I called Dell on Wednesday. Then, the service was schedule on Friday. On friday, I received a call informing me that "the technician has gone back home". Then change to Saturday 1:00pm to 4pm. On Saturday , I wait at home keep on waiting , only until 5:30pm the technician called me. At that time , I already sent my laptop to the computer shop where I bought the laptop. Then, the schedule changed to Monday. On Monday, the technician called me again, asked me whether he can repair on Wednesday. I called him back telling him that I am urgent to use the laptop. Only then, he go and settle for me. I was confidence when I bought Dell laptop , I was told that the technician will go to your house to fix hardware related problem. It was less than 4 months I bought Dell laptop, then the Wireless card got problem. And the service from Dell is very bad. It caused lots of problem to me, it waste my time to send my laptop to computer shop, then go there again and take back. And, for several days, I have no laptop to use. And, this is the lesson I learned from buying Dell laptop.
