I would suggest you to run test on Wireless network card using Dell PC Diagnostic. To download Dell PC Diagnostics you can click the link mentioned below:
In case the test pass, check the signal strength on any other wireless device connected to the router as it may be an issue with the wireless router.
If the wireless router is working properly, update the wireless driver on your laptop by clicking the link mentioned below:
Enter the Service Tag of the computer and choose the Operating System installed on the computer (32-bit or 64-bit). Please update the latest version of driver available.
