Please follow the below mentioned steps to isolate the issue:

1. Check for Wireless Radio switch by using FN + F2. Or F2.
2. Ensure that the Wireless is enabled in Device Manager.
3. To check if the Wireless card is enabled, press the “Windows key + R” to launch the run window.
4. In run dialog box type in “devmgmt.msc”. Device manager window would open Click Device Manager.
5. Click on (+) Network Adapter. Right Click Network Adapter and check if it is enabled.
6. Click Start-> In search Type “Windows Mobility Center” -> press Enter.
7. Ensure that Wireless is enabled.
