An ipconfig /all log can provide you with information you need.
TCP/IPv4 has been widely used for a long time. Since the internet has become more popular, the introduction to IPv6 has been introduced. Not all wireless routers, especially the older ones are not IPv6 compatible, so a new router would be needed. IPv6 Test your IPv6
Go to Network and sharing center, click on your connection, properties. Look for TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6 and click on properties for each. Have your settings match mine.
