I uninstalled the Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter, and installed driver R258276 from the dell website. This seems to have helped a little, as my download speed is anywhere between 5-9 MB now, but not back to my 15 MB that I should have. Below is an updated shot of the device manager now. Please let me know of any additional feedback you may have. Thanks again for your help.
