Due to a hardware problem I had to reinstall the operating system. I am running Windows 7 on an Inspiron 9300. The PC originally had XP on it but has been running Windows 7 for several years and when I attempted to reload the drivers from the OEM disk provided at purchase, I received error messages. The Bluetooth light toggles on and off with the FN + F2 but the WIFI light, which worked before the OS reinstall, no longer comes on. I cannot find the WIFI listed in my network listing. Neither the driver for the Intel Mobile Chipset or the Wireless network drivers will install. I get the message that the OS is different and on one of the install attempts a message that says "OS Section not found in INI file (iProInst.ini)". Are there drivers available for the wireless network card that will work on Windows 7? The original PC configuration shows that an Intel 2200 Wireless Mini PCI card was installed. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
