first all thanks for help and valuable information ..

i did as u directed and got to know that  my lappy has  intel (r) centrino (r) wireless n 1030  nic card ...

so the sim card slot is just dummy in my laptop ....i think there is no WWAN in india   :P..so its of no use to purchase a wwan card

ohky m going to re-install my  audio driver   should i repair it or totally remove it n then fresh install...hope everything goes well

you information are really very thankful
