Re: I can't send/receive file through bluetooth

Before sending a file to the Bluetooth deivce, try to pair the device with the computer. Ensure the Bluetooth of the device and computer is turned. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Click the “Bluetooth” icon on the system tray.
2. Click “Add a Device”.
3. Select the device from the list and click “Next”.
4. Select “Yes” if the pairing code is matching and click “Next”.

Note: If the pairing code is not entered within 40-45 seconds, then an error message "Adding this device to this computer failed" appears on the window. Click “Try Again” to start the process again.
