Hi Rockface,

Let me know the wireless card model installed on the computer?

Do follow the steps below to check which network card you have in the machine:

  1. Right click computer icon on the desktop.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select Device Manager from the right pane of the window that opens.
  4. Expand Network adapters from right pane.
  5. This will list the network card installed in the machine.

Right click the Network adapter. In the Properties window click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id from the drop down.

Post back with the Device ID.

Now uninstall the wireless card drivers:

  • Click “Start”, type “Device Manager” and press enter.
  • In the “Device Manager” window, click the plus sign next to “Network adapters “to expand it.
  • Under “Network adapters “, right click Network adapter, click “Uninstall”.
  • Check the box “Delete driver software for this device”, click ok and follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the driver.
  • Restart the computer.

Post back with the Device ID. With the correct Device ID I can provide you the correct drivers for the wireless card.

Awaiting your response!
