This issue can occur if the association that links hyperlinks to your browser is broken. Please follow the steps provided below to restore the links:
1. Click on "Start"(Windows Menu) and type "default programs" without quotes under Start Search.
2. Click "Default Programs under Programs."
3. Now "click Set your default programs."
4. Highlight "Internet Explorer" under Programs.
5. Click "Set this program as default."
6. Now click "OK."
7. Close the default programs window.
