Cracked Drivers disk, Vostro 1710

I recently had to wipe my Vostro 1710 Laptop,  and start brand new. However, my drivers disk is broken, and will not install the drivers.

I can not seem to find the correct internet driver to download to get my wifi up and running, and it's kinda important that I do.

Is there anyway someone can guide me in the process of finding these drivers, and transferring them via USB stick from my desktop to my Laptop? 

Dell won't help me, because my computer that is connected to the internet is an Asus. 

It's not even letting me connect with the wired connection.
