Fine. I devoted 2 hours of my time to demonstrating that you have no idea what you’re talking about.
1. The wireless driver you recommended was an outdated driver for an old Vostro running Windows 7. I downloaded the correct driver – 15.8.0 – from the Intel site, installed it and rebooted. This did not, of course, help.
2. I downloaded and installed the BIOS update. That, of course, did not help.
3. I downloaded and installed the QuickSet update and rebooted. That, of course, did not help.
Now that we’ve established you can’t help me, will you please stop wasting my valuable time and tell me how to escalate this to someone who can help me?
