Hi,
My question is not being answered even though I sent personalized email to dell support. I already have accommodated all suggestions given by dell but there are no improvement in internet speed. I have seen many questions raised by other buyers regarding the same issue but they are not satisfied with the support and provided solution.
Now Please tell me the procedure of returning this product. With pathetic Internet speed, this product is not worth.
