Dear Dell Community,

I have a Dell 7720 148285 SE notebook. I use Windows 7 x64 Professional Edition. I downloaded and installed all the latest drivers from Dell Support site. Unfortunatelly I have got a problem.

I see an unknown USB device in my Device Manager. (I have not connected any USB device to my computer except one mouse, but this is recognised correctly.)

I recognised that I do not see anywhere my Bluetooth adapter. So I think might be that is the problem.
I installed the following drivers:

Network_Application_93W25_WN_2.2.16.30255_A01.EXE    54 946 048 Bytes (This one is from Dell Support site. Founded by my service tag)
BT_2.6.1212_s64    49 542 064 Bytes (This one is from intel.com - this is the latest Intel WiFi Bluetooth Driver for Intel Centrino Wireless N 2230 adapter)
Network_Driver_HP8FN_WN_15.3.1.2_A03.EXE    116 153 728 Bytes (Then I installed the Intel WiFi Network driver. Downloaded from Dell Support site)
Wireless_15.8.0_s64   88 011 448 Bytes (After that, I updated the driver to the latest from intel.com - that is used for N 2230 Wireless card)

Unfortunately none of them solved the problem. Of course I restarted the computer every time I installed a driver but the 'Unknown device' still remained.

I noticed that if I turned of my wireless connection with the keyboard buttons: Fn + F2, then this Unknown device have been disappear. After I re-enable the wireless connection with Fn+F2 buttons, then I get this error message, and my 'Unknown device' is already show up.

Do you have any idea, what would be the exact problem is? How should I install the Bluetooth driver correctly? And which driver should I use for that?

I am waiting your answer.
Thank you.

Best regards,
