Hi Ethan, I just purchased the same computer in late May as well, and am having the exact same issue. They are sending me a new computer, and I'm sending this one back. If I have the same issue again, I'm definitely going to a new company. I get the same messages and that the "Default gateway is not available." They tried on several occasions to remotely remedy the issue, to no avail. If you don't get a reply here go to the Dell Facebook site and leave a message there on their FB page. That seems to work.
