Please follow the below mentioned steps to isolate the issue:
- Try to connect to any other Wireless network available and check.
- Update Wireless card drivers from support dell.com site using wired connection
- Check if wireless is working in Safe mode with networking.
- To check in Safe Mode with Networking, power off the computer.
- Power on the computer at Dell logo and press F8. Advance options menu is displayed.
- Select an option that says safe mode with networking. Press Enter.
- Check if computer is able to connect to Wireless Network.
