- When did the 'Bluetooth' last work?
- Did you make any software or hardware change to the laptop that resulted in this issue?
In the mean while, please try the following steps to see if they work for you:
1. Install the patch from the following link: http://ftp.dell.com/network/R159805.EXE
2. If that patch does not work, try installing the Bluetooth card driver using the following link: http://dell.to/SWUQ5p
Note: It is a combined 'driver & application' installer.
