Sorry about the inconvenience. Request you to try following the below steps which might help:
(1) There is a thin vertical dashed line just to the left of the word NORTON in the Norton toolbar, when the tool-bars are unlocked.
(2) Left clicking and holding the button down, the Norton toolbar can be moved to the far right of its toolbar line.
(3) Then the Google tool-bar will scroll up behind it.
(4) Depending on how many Icons one has on their Google toolbar, it should fit.
(5) Also the Google search box size can be adjusted, if needed to fit more Google icons on this combined bar.
Note: Norton toolbar when dragged up to the left will go up to the menu bar. Now you can add more Icons back to the Google toolbar.
If this doesn’t work you may also try right clicking on the toolbar and selecting lock the toolbars.
