The driver that you are using is designed to work for 'Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth Adapter' and has been tested to work in 'Windows 7 - 32/64 bit' environment only. 'Inspiron n5010' is not tested to work with 'Windows 8' and therefore its 'Windows 8' compatible official drivers are not available on Dell support website.
The steps that I have shared in my previous post have worked for some 'community members' in a similar situation; however, they are not validated and are only experimental.
