All had been working and my wife with her Mac has no probelm. I have tried deleting the printer and reinstalling. A ballon on the bottom bar: Your device is ready to use. and in another baloon in the middle of the screen: the printer installation failed. Word etc sees no printer.
Suggestions please. maybe I need an upgrade in Windows.
