Hi missconnie2666,

Please share the troubleshooting steps performed by you. You may check in ‘Device Manager’ if the wireless card is detected or not and if detected is there any exclamation mark, question mark or red X on wireless card. Please follow the steps below:

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen.
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’.
  • Click > sign next to ‘Network adapters’.

Please paste the screenshot of ‘Device Manager’ with ‘Network Adapters’ expended.
