Connected to network, but not connected to internet.

Hello, I purchased this laptop on May 9, 2013 and at around 6:30, May 17, 2013, I immediately disconnected from the internet. I checked my wireless and It has full, pure white bars for the network connection, but I could not connect to the internet. The internet works for my computer, tablet and other macbook, but not this laptop. This laptop is a Dell Inspirion 15-3521, non-touch screen laptop that came with a Bestbuy bundle. I have McAfee and Web root antivirus.I tried many things people said on the internet and the only way I am typing this is when I am plugged into my router. My router came when I installed FiOS to my house. This has been going on for 2 days and could only fix it twice and worked for only a few hours after factory resetting and system recovering it. Please help me fix this network connection. I bought I laptop to be mobile and now I have to use an Ethernet plug.
