Thank you for your reply and for providing an update. This issue can also occur if the software is corrupt, I suggest you to “Uninstall” the device from Device Manager (Click on “Start” and type “Device Manager” without quotes in “Start Search”) , restart the system and check if the wireless works properly.
You will have to restore the computer to factory defaults if this fails to fix the issue.
