Please share the system model and operating system installed. Follow the below mentioned steps which might help:
- Update the Wireless driver using the 'Intel Driver Update Utility' from the link http://intel.ly/m7tqmV. Restart the system and check connectivity.
- Also, update the BIOS. Here are the steps:

- Enter the Service Tag of your system and select the operating system.
- Go to 'BIOS' and click on the BIOS available.
- Click on 'Download File'.
- Select 'For Single File Download via Browser'.
- Click on 'Download Now'.
- Save the BIOS on your desktop.
- Once the BIOS is downloaded on the desktop, right click on it and select 'Run as administrator'.
- Follow the prompts on screen and restart your computer.
Note: Make sure the ac adapter is connected and the battery is charged 10% or above to update the BIOS. Also, disconnect all the external peripherals before updating the BIOS. All the programs should be closed and documents saved.
- Power cycle router and modem. Power off router and modem for 2 minutes. Restart the computer. Power on the router and try connecting.

- If no internet connection available; Run command "Netsh Winsock reset" in command prompt.
- Check if wireless is working in Safe mode with networking. If yes, check the security software for firewall issues.
- Try to connect to any other available network in range. If works fine, issue might be with router.
- Try connecting to any 'Unsecured Network' or removing security from your wireless connection and check.
