So frustrating! I am out of town til next Thursday and won't be in a location where a Dell person could help on site. I do not have the other computers with me so I do not have a way to copy over the file (stupid iPad doesn't have USB). Is there anything else I can try remotely? Or do I just have to wait til I get home? (Btw, the Internet stopped working before I left home but I didn't have time to get it fixed and was hoping it would resolve itself again.) If nothing, I'll be in touch again Thursday pm. Thank you for your help.
