Thanks for your reply. I tried the safe mode with networking just now. But , cannot also. My laptop seems like cannot detect the wireless adapter.

(See the picture) In my network connection, there is only bluetooth and the LAN. No WLAN.

In my device manager also, there are only the LAN and bluetooth. When i scan for changes for hardware, the wireless adapter cannot be found.
I found that there are also a lot of case where the DELL computer wireless not working after reformat. But, there is no solution which works.
