Re: Ethernet drivers not installed :(Code 28)

Hi Raghav.Rohatgi,

Error code 28 indicates: The drivers for this device are not installed. You may install the driver for Ethernet for your computer from link: http://dell.to/10Q4Cc2 

If the issue persists, you may check in system BIOS if the Integrated NIC is enabled. You may follow the steps below:

• Restart your computer and tap F2 at Dell logo. 
• Once you are in system BIOS --> Navigate to 'Advanced' tab --> Enable Integrated NIC if disabled --> Save settings and restart.
