Hi Amanda2009,
Regret to hear that you are facing issues with the system.
For the wireless issue, ensure that the wireless drivers on your system are updated. You may download the drivers from the link : http://dell.to/QjjZDA -> Enter the service tag of your system -> Select the operating system -> Expand the Network category to download/install the wireless drivers and Expand the Application category to download and install the Dell quickset utility as well -> Restart the computer when prompted.
- Ensure that the Wireless switch is at position 2
- Press and Hold the button 3 for a few seconds and check if the computer is able to detect wireless networks.
For the bluescreen issue,
- You may run a hardware diagnostics on computer to check the system hardware functionality. You can find detailed steps to run diagnostics from link: http://dell.to/OUGnqT
- If the diagnostic tests pass, it might be an issue with software. To verify that, you may run a 'Bluescreen View' from the link: http://bit.ly/U2SyEg
- Save the 'exe' file -- > Double click on file and follow the prompts on screen to install the application -- > Check for the file name causing this bluescreen and share the findings.
Hope this helps. Do reply with the findings.
