Hi DellRichard,

If these processes constantly consume excessive memory and CPU, there may be a conflict on your PC with another process or service. I recommend you to disable all startup items via 'Msconfig'. If the problem gets fixed, enable startup items one at a time until the conflict is identified.

If the issue persists, please try the McAfee uninstaller tool; you may also restore 'factory defaults' or perform a fresh 'Windows re install'
(Note: Factory defaults or Windows re install leads to complete loss of data; please backup your personal data on priority before attempting these restore  functions)
