OK back again and to be fair the situation was finally resolved in the beginning of March.
Full credit to Elijah Ortiz who dealt with us fairly and efficently thanks again Elijah!!!. for this reason i am taking the "DELL" plunge again ,this time an alienware MX17 which i have just ordered tonight. i have an older MX15 myself that i am very happy with so i have great hopes for the MX17 and with any luck my daughter will finally have her christmas 2012 present in early April , fingers crossed !!!!!!!!!!!!! To Dell if your customer service were a little quicker and your Reps as good as this man people would be a lot more trusting !! wish me luck this time folks !
