Thank you for the response. As mentioned earlier, this system was not tested with Windows 8. So the drivers are not available. This seems to be an issue with the driver. You can try to install the Dell Control Point software in compatibility mode and turn on Bluetooth from the application.
- Download the driver from link following link http://dell.to/13SDfld
- Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties -- > Compatibility Tab.
- Select Windows 7 from the list in the following image

- Click Apply -- > OK
- Right Click the file and select the 'Run As Administrator' to install the driver
If the above steps do not work, you may consider installing Windows 7 back to be able to use the Bluetooth function.
