Please post the screen shot of device manager by expanding 'Network Adapters' category, so that I can review the exact status of the system.
Steps to post a screen shot:
- Open 'Device Manager' and expand the 'Network Adapters'
- Click on 'Prtscn' key on the keyboard.
- Open the Mspaint program and paste the screen shot there and save the file
- Click on 'Use rich formatting' on the reply page
- Click on Insert picture button and click on browse button to the path where you saved the screenshot of device manager
- Click on insert button when you see a green uploaded sign near the browse button
