Start, all programs, accessories, right click on command prompt, left click run as administrator. Type
netsh winsock reset catalog
This will reset the winsock catalog
Try it with no security first or WEP Security.
Try WPA-PSK(TKIP Security(Personal) and see if you can connect.
Then try WPA-AES
See if it's just one of the security settings
