I also have this problem with my Inspiron All-In-One desktop. The Dell technician even came out to fix the problem byreplacing the wifi card inside the computer, however the problem came back immediately after he left. Now, Dell hasn;t returned my emails and does not help me. For the love of God, I wil NEVER EVER EVER buy another Dell product again. This is not the first time Dell left me to linger. I have just had it with their terrible customer service and impossible hurdles. They might as well not even have a warranty program because it is utterly useless trying to get through to them. Thanks for nothing, Dell.
