Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520 Wireless Problems

Hi, my story begins like this. Ever since I purchased this laptop I have been having connection issues with connecting to my HOME wifi. I am able to connect to my neighbors wifi no problem. Sometimes I am able to connect for a period of time and then my connection will disconnect and reconnect and disconnect and reconnect in a circle. Essentially I get limited access then no internet access to connected to not connected. I have contacted Dell Support couple times now, and on the first occasion I was prompted to do a system restore which temporarily fixed the problem. Yesterday I talked with Dell Support again and their solution did not fix my problem. They said everything on the hardware side was good and that it might be a software problem. We did a DELL connect session in which the representative proceeded to try and attempt to fix the problem by simply deleting the wireless profiles (which did nothing to fix it) and changing some key values in the registry to 20 from 12000. It was something about waitlist or something. I have no clue. Anyways the representative told me this would fix my problem and he told me to connect my ethernet cable. I was able to connect then through wifi and I hung up with the representative. Now I am having the issue again so I thought upgrading to windows 8 PRO would fix the problem, apparently not. Please help me fix this I need to be able to do my homework online for college etc.
