"BCM 92046M-PCI FLSH" is Ethernet controller card; this is not a Bluetooth module.
The Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth module works as a basic Bluetooth device on this system without any additional software. However, to take advantage of the full features of the card, install the Bluetooth driver and application. It updates all the devices and drivers that interface with the Dell 370 Bluetooth card and also provides a new software stack to improve the card's communications capabilities.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to install the Drivers and Application for Wireless 370 Bluetooth module:

- Click the above link, click “Download file” and follow the onscreen instructions to install the drivers.
- After the drivers are installed, please use this link and download the application to launch the Bluetooth software: http://dell.to/158WeGb
- Click the above link, click “Download file” and follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
- This driver installation may take some time, even up to 5 minutes or more if a firmware upgrade takes place.
- If you have the drivers disk, you may install the same by inserting the Dell Resource CD and choose Windows Vista > Communications Applications > Dell 360 Bluetooth Module.
- After the installation is completed, please launch the to pair the Bluetooth devices with computer.
