Has anyone had a resolution to their problem with the Dell 1704 wireless card? I've tried all the suggested answers, yet the fasted that I can connect is between 65 & 54Mbps.
I've been able to diagnose that the adapter also starts sending information before authentication, resulting in deauth reason 6 issues.
My laptop (Vostro 3460) is only a week old and is the only Dell in the office. Updating the driver version to 6.30.59.74 also did not work. This is on Windows8 64bit pro. No other brand is experiencing this issue..... Your feedback is appreciated. (note *no other devices are connecting in g mode to result in the AP providing lower speeds)
